The Ambassador Building
Located at the entrance of Kansas City International Airport this 300,000 sf Class A office building was originally the headquarters of Farmland Industries. Since it was acquired by the Chaves Family in October 2019 occupancy has went from 38% to 76% and there has been over $2,000,000 in updates and renovations including LED lighting, a new HVAC system, a coffee bar, a micro market, and a new tenant parking lot. 2023 plans include the addition of a gym and conference center.

Hunt Midwest Logistics Park
The recently dubbed KCI 29 Logistics Park, will support up to 18 million square feet of Class A logistics and manufacturing space along with 20 plus acres of commercial mixed-use. It has the potential to attract over 8,000 employees with an overall capital investment of nearly $1.3 billion over the next decade.
New Meta Data Center
The new data center will support up to 100 operational jobs and more than 1,300 jobs at peak construction. Meta has started construction and plans to be operational in 2024. Meta’s Kansas City location will be one of the most sustainable data centers in the world and will add additional renewable energy to the region’s local grid. The facility will achieve net-zero carbon emissions and will aim to be LEED® Gold level certified. Meta’s Kansas City data center will use 32% less energy and will be 80% more water-efficient on average than the industry standard.
KCI New Terminal Project
At just over one million square feet, the Kansas City International Airport Single Terminal is the largest single infrastructure project in the City’s history. It will have a profound and lasting economic impact on the region in the form of new jobs, opportunities for local and small businesses, and a first-class traveler experience for airport users. Completion is estimated in 2023, with 39 gates and the ability to expand to 50 in the future
